"The idea was to lose the stone... and I did lose it in that time. It’s really helpful to get the feedback on your check-ins on a Monday because that keeps you on track. So far I’ve dropped I think in and around three stone, 18, 19 kilograms. I have dropped nearly two waist sizes, so I'd say certainly three inches. I think I’ve dropped four inches off my chest size."
